I finished reading the Harry Potters a couple of months ago and it was my first time of reading them. Whilst reading my initial thoughts where why haven’t I read these books before? And how easy they are to read, definitely a page turner as you just don’t want to put any of the books down.

Another hard choice, as each book really does have something special in it. I think that my least favorite book has to be the Chamber of Secrets. Mainly because it was quite difficult to stay interested in the book. It was just missing a little something that the rest of the books have.

As everyone has probably noticed I have been going rather crazy on the Harry Potter posts, getting caught up with the film reviews and posting the new posters coming out of the Deathly Hallows. I have almost finished reading all of the books (for the very first time) and utterly spellbound by them. I thought it would be appropriate as the time is approaching for the end of the film series, that a blogathon would be a good idea.
If you have any Harry Potter related posts you would like to link from my blog, just let me know. By commenting or email. I think we should all celebrate how incredible the Harry Potter series has been for film. We will have this going on from now until 15th August. Giving plenty of time after the July 15th release of the final film.

We head back to Hogwarts for second year. Although something or someone is trying to stop Harry from getting back. He receives no letters from Ron or Hermione over the summer, then cannot get through the barrier at King’s Cross to get on the Hogwarts express. But what is he being warned against?

After my cinema trip on Tuesday to see Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part I . . . I placed an order for the full collection of the books. I have never read any of them before, but friends who are massive fans of the books have told me to read them for years now. I have eventually decided that it would be a very good idea to read them!
So I have set myself the goal to read all seven books before Part II of the Deathly Hallows is released in July . . . the day before my birthday! I think I will also treat myself to the blu ray collection which can be bought for around 25 pound at the moment. Which is brilliant for 6 films on blu ray.
Any big Harry Potter books fans out there?
