The Time Traveler’s Wife (2009) Review
Henry (Eric Bana) is a time traveler and had realised his gift to suddenly disappear when he was 8 years old. When he was older he met a 6 year old Claire (Rachel McAdams). Claire used to remember everything that Henry had said to her on each of the separate visits he made to her over the years. This was from when she was 6 to 18, that was the last time she saw him until meeting him again years later (however, he did no know who she was as he had not been back to that time yet). To begin with I thought this film was going to be a little complicated with the jumping between times and how to keep track of which ages they both were at different points in the story, but it was not actually that difficult to keep track of what was going on.
Julie & Julia (2009) Pictures
I just adore Meryl Streep so therefore just love watching her in all of her different roles. So I cannot wait to see Julie & Julia as it looks like its going to be very good. Another great performance from Meryl looks on the cards, I am also very much looking forward to seeing her on screen again with Stanley Tucci, as they had some good scenes together in “The Devil Wears Prada”.
The Final Destination (2009) Review
This film takes a special place in my filming watching history, the first movie I have seen in 3D in the cinema. While not usually a genre and type of film I really get excited about going to see. But with having a very handy Unlimited Cineworld card (although having to pay an extra 1.50 for 3D is not the best) I do go to see things I would not have gone to see like 5 years ago, as when you pay monthly and can go as many times as you want, makes it easy to go and see everything.
